Our Manufacturing Process:

Wire Drawing

The manufacturing process begins with premium-grade copper rod, which is drawn through a series of precision dies to achieve the required diameter. This process ensures uniform conductor dimensions, improved conductivity, and compliance with quality standards. Careful monitoring at every stage helps maintain consistency and reliability in the final product.

Annealing

The drawn copper wire is then passed through an annealing furnace, where controlled heating improves flexibility and conductivity. This process relieves internal stresses created during drawing, resulting in softer, more durable conductors that are easier to process and perform efficiently in electrical applications.

Bunching & Conductor Formation

Individual copper strands are combined using advanced bunching machines to create conductors of various sizes and specifications. This stage enhances flexibility, improves mechanical strength, and ensures the conductor meets the performance requirements of residential, commercial, and industrial wiring systems.

Stranding

The conductors are stranded according to product specifications to achieve the desired construction and performance characteristics. Precision stranding ensures uniformity, flexibility, and durability while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity across the cable.

Insulation & Sheathing

The drawn copper wire is then passed through an annealing furnace, where controlled heating improves flexibility and conductivity. This process relieves internal stresses created during drawing, resulting in softer, more durable conductors that are easier to process and perform efficiently in electrical applications.

Quality Testing & Coiling

Every cable undergoes rigorous quality inspections and testing procedures to verify conductor integrity, insulation quality, and overall performance. Once approved, the cables are carefully coiled and prepared according to product specifications.

Packaging & Dispatch

The finished products are securely packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution. Our packaging process ensures that cables reach customers in excellent condition while maintaining product quality throughout transportation and storage.
